        Exceptional Performance

        I loved having a Polestar 2, it was a fun car to drive. My only complaint with the 2 is that it can feel crammed. So I upgraded to the Polestar 3 and was expecting to give up some of the sporty handling, but have found myself enjoying the driving experience just as much. The car also has great looks and the interior is luxurious without being showy. I’m no stranger to EV software glitches so was already expecting some of those hassles, but so far have only experienced minor temporary bugs (phone app occasionally does not have audio, and startup takes a minute if the vehicle is not used for over three days - this is without the complimentary NVIDIA Orin chip upgrade which is being rolled out in phases). There is one thing on my wishlist though: automatic side mirror folding, hopefully that will be possible with Orin. I thought it would take some getting used to driving a larger vehicle but the Pilot pack makes getting in and out of tight spaces a breeze with the 360 camera view. The horsepower, torque, range and overall performance are well in line with my expectations for the price and with the $18K+ incentives Polestar has been offering this car is a great value.…

        Bought the Polestar 3 and couldn’t leave

        Literally traded in our Model Y and went through all the paperwork just to drive the car down 2 blocks and have a critical drivetrain malfunction. We were lucky to be close enough to crawl at 5mph back into the dealer. Thank god they were able to reverse all the paperwork for us and get our car back.…
